Your session of about 2-4 hours can take place in the comfort of your own home, or at the beach or park for a more natural setting. Dubai has a variety of beautiful parks and beaches!

The key to a perfect shoot is organization! Plan ahead what outfits you and your family would like to wear and if you would like to personalize your shoot using props or accessories.
Goal: We want everyone to enjoy the experience, feel comfortable in front of the cameras and have fun! I would do the rest and capture your precious memories!
Here are some pre shoot tips that will help:
Concept:
Have an idea of the kind of images you are looking for – example if you’ve seen portraits styles that you want to imitate, if you are looking for classic portraiture shots or a style that is more contemporary and personalized.
If you want a shoot with a certain theme, for example 60’s glam, funky or a high-fashion shoot, we can certainly do this! However, you need to wear the appropriate clothing and make-up that ‘fits’ your theme! Think of it as a costume party in front of the camera – if you have any props, definitely bring them along to the shoot!
Clothing:
Looking for more natural images with family or friends? In this case, remember to coordinate colours ahead and wear clothing and make-up that is more natural. We advise that you bring some different outfits to the shoot – it is always lovely to create different looks for your portrait slideshow.
It is advisable to avoid bold patterns and prints if you are in a group unless you can design a similar style for everyone – self colours draw focus on you alone!
Wardrobe Tip! Solid colours, when carefully picked, can complement each other beautifully and bold bright colours always look fantastic in images. Check out some examples of a family wearing bright coloured outfits! As you can see, the bright colors really stand out and make the images pop!
*Remember: If the walls of your home are white; white clothing tends to blend into the background more. However if you want more classic and emotive images – go ahead and enjoy your white and black outfits!
Large logos and brand names are not advised. We aim to create a timeless image and nobody wants to look back on a portrait and think it looks old-fashioned. We want these precious images to last a lifetime.
Make-up:
Ladies, natural make up is your best make up artwork – natural looks create a more timeless essence to images!
Exception: If you are looking for a fashion shoot or a glamour portrait, your make up would be more striking and vibrant.
Props:
It is lovely to personalize your shoot, for example, your baby’s favourite blanket, a toddlers favourite toy or your teenager’s favourite musical instrument. These are just a few examples but the prop could be anything – it is just something that will create a connection between yourself and the image in years to come.
